Run Sony Sound Forge and open any audio file. 3. Click on "DX Favourites" on the menu bar, and then select "Recreate by Plug-In Name..." (click on "Yes" on the confirmation panel that appears). 4. Click on "Help" on the menu bar, select "About Sound Forge", then click on the "General" tab - make a note of the code in the final line of the "This product is licensed to:" section (this code is your Computer ID and will be needed to generate your Noise Reduction Plug-In registration code). 5. Run the supplied key generator program (note that the keygen program is for Sonic Foundry Noise Reduction Plug-In v2.0a, but it seems to work fine for Sony Sound Forge Noise Reduction Plug-In v2.0b too). 6. Enter your Computer ID code (from step 4.) into the key generator program, click "Generate it!", and make a note of the generated Serial code. 7. In Sound Forge, select "DX Favorites", then "Sony", and then "Click and Crackle Removal...". A registration panel will appear - enter your Serial code (from step 6.) and click on "Submit". Sony Noise Reduction Plug-In v2.0b should now be registered and ready to use.
